How Momentum's Todo integrations look and function

Momentum's Todo integrations share the same look and feel of Momentum's default Todo. The goal of each Todo integration is to provide you with a quick and easy way to view, add, and complete your 3rd-party tasks within Momentum.

Some integrations also include options to filter completed tasks or tasks that are only assigned to you. Other actions like creating new lists, assigning tasks, setting priority, etc., must be done in your 3rd-party task manager's native app or website.

Connecting/disconnecting a Todo integration

To connect to a Todo integration:

1. Visit the Todo section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Scroll down to the Integrations section
3. Click + Add Integration
4. Select the integration you want to connect to
5. Login/authorize your 3rd-party account
6. Open Momentum's Todo. 

To disconnect a Todo integration:

1. Revisit the Todo section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Scroll down to the Integrations section
3. Hover your mouse cursor over the integration that you want to disconnect from
4. Click Disconnect.

Accessing and switching between connected Todo integrations/sources

To access and switch between your Todo integrations/sources:

1. Click Todo at the bottom right corner of Momentum to open the Todo menu
2. Click the ellipsis (...) at the top right corner of the Todo menu
3. Select the Switch to... option
4. Click the Todo source that you want to switch to.

Pro tip: You can also switch between connected Todo integrations/sources by holding shift and then pressing the ← or → arrow keys on your keyboard.

Switching between lists

After selecting a Todo source, you can switch between an integration's lists by clicking the active list name (or integration's icon) at the top left of the Todo menu.

Pro tip: When Momentum's Todo menu is open, you can also switch between lists by pressing the ← or → arrow keys on your keyboard.
