The Team Admin page is where all of the customization magic happens! This is where team admins can invite new team members and add content (Countdowns, Metrics Team Goals, Links, etc.) that everyone will see.

Accessing the Team Admin page/options
To access the main Team Admin page from within Momentum, click your company's logo at the top left corner and then select Go to Team Admin from the drop-down menu.
Can't access the Team Admin page?
If a drop-down menu doesn't appear when you click your company's logo, then you may not be an Admin yet. To become an Admin, ask an existing Admin to change your role from a Member to an Admin.
Adding Team content
To add team content, visit the Team Admin page, click the Content Categories on the left side of the Team Admin page and click the + Add button and then add a new piece of content.
Pin to Dashboard
You'll notice the Pin to Dashboard option when adding Links, Countdowns, Clocks and Metrics. Enabling the Pin to Dashboard option places a piece of content directly on your team's dashboard.
Viewing un-pinned Countdowns/Clocks/Metrics
Clicking a pinned Countdown, Clock or Metric on the dashboard will open a menu that shows pinned and un-pinned content.
Viewing un-pinned Links
To see un-pinned Links, hover your mouse cursor just underneath the pinned links (or under your logo if you haven't pinned any links) on the left side of Momentum and then click the More (or Links) text that appears.
Pro Tip: Keep your team's dashboard looking clean by choosing to only pin the content that is most important for the upcoming week. Admins can change what's pinned or unpinned anytime by editing content in the Team Admin page.

Editing Team Content
To edit existing team content, click the Content Categories along the left side of the Team Admin page (e.g. Team Goal, Links, Countdowns, etc.), click a content tile, make your changes/edits and then click the Save button.
Deleting Team Content
To delete existing team content, click the Content Categories along the left side of the Team Admin page (e.g. Team Goal, Links, Countdowns, etc.), click a content tile, click the Delete button and then click Yes.
