Adding new Topics & Categories
Adding a new Topic Category
Topic Categories are where your Topics live and make it easier to find what you're looking for.
To add a Topic Category, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, click the + Add Category button, give a Name for your Topic Category, choose an Icon and then click the Add button.
Adding a new Topic
A Topic is a single link/resource found within a Topic Category.
To add a topic, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, click the Topic Category you want to add to, click the + Add Topic button, type in a Name for your Topic, add the Address/URL of the resource, and then click the Add button at the bottom left corner.
Editing Topics & Categories
Editing a Topic
To edit a topic, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, click the Topic Category that your topic is in, click the Topic you want to edit, make your changes to the Name or Address, and then click the Save button at the bottom left corner.

To edit a Topic Category, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, hover your mouse cursor over the Topic Category you want to edit, click the Edit option that displays, make your changes and then click the Save button.
Rearranging Topics & Categories
To make it even easier for team members to find certain resources it is helpful to show certain Topics and Categories near the top.
To rearrange your Topics or Categories, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page and then click, drag and drop a Topic or Topic Category up or down the list.
- A Topic Category at the top of the list will display at the top-left position in the Topics section on the dashboard.
- A Topic at the top of a list will display as the first link/resource within its Topic Category.
Deleting Topics & Categories
Deleting a Topic
To delete a single Topic, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, click the Topic Category that the Topic is in, click the Topic you want to delete, click the Delete button at the bottom right corner, and then click the Yes button.

To delete a Topic Category and all of the Topics inside of it, visit the Topics section of the Team Admin page, hover your mouse cursor over the Topic Category you want to delete, click the Edit option that displays, click the Delete button at the bottom right corner, and then click the Yes button.
