The Apps section connects team members to the web apps and services they use most.

Adding new Apps & Categories

Adding a new App Category

App Categories are where your Apps live. Create multiple categories to improve organization and help team members find the Apps they're looking for more quickly.

To add an App Category, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, click the + Add Category button, give a Name for your App Category and then click the Add button.

Apps are quick links to the web services that your team uses like Gmail, Zoom, JIRA, or Calm.

To add an app, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, click the App Category you want to add it to, click the + Add App button, type in a Name for your App, add the Address/URL of the app/service, choose an Icon for your app and then click the Add button at the bottom left corner.

To change an App's name, address, category or icon, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, click the App Category that your app is in, click the App you want to edit, make changes to the Name, Address, Category or Icon and then click the Save button at the bottom left corner.

To change the name of an App Category, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, hover your mouse cursor over the App Category you want to edit, click the Edit option that displays, make your changes and then click the Save button.

Rearranging Apps & Categories

To make it even easier for team members to find certain apps it can be helpful to show the most popular apps at the top.

To rearrange your Apps or Categories, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page and then click, drag, and drop an App or App Category up or down the list.

  • The App Category at the top will be the active/first category to display when the Apps menu is opened on the dashboard.
  • The first eight apps within a category will display without having to scroll to see them.

Deleting Apps & Categories

Deleting an App

To delete a single App, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, click the App Category that the App is in, click the App you want to delete, click the Delete button at the bottom right corner, and then click the Yes button.

To delete an App Category and all of the Apps inside of it, visit the Apps section of the Team Admin page, hover your mouse cursor over the App Category you want to delete, click the Edit option that displays, click the Delete button at the bottom right corner, and then click the Yes button.

  • If you delete an App Category that has Apps in it, the apps inside will become Uncategorized. You can move an uncategorized App to a different category, or choose to delete it by clicking the Trashcan icon.
