Most big goals aren't obtained overnight, it is through constant progression that they are achieved. Momentum's Daily Focus helps you make regular progress towards your goals by asking the important question, What is your main focus for today?.
When you add a Focus, it appears at the center of your dashboard and you'll see it whenever you open a New Tab. Your Focus resets each day at 4am local time, regardless if it's been completed or not, to encourage starting each day with a clean slate.
In this help article you will learn...
- How to add and complete your Focus
- How to enable/disable the Focus
- How to change/delete your active Focus
- What Autofocus does and how you can use it
To add a Focus, click underneath "What is your main focus for today?", type in the main thing you want to concentrate on for the day, and then hit the enter/return key on your keyboard.
To complete your Focus, hover your mouse cursor over it and then click the Checkbox that appears to the left.
If you complete your Focus and want to add another one, hover your mouse cursor over your completed Focus and then click the + icon that appears to the right.
The Focus feature is enabled by default and we highly suggest that you utilize it, but if you must disable it, you can in the General Settings ⚙️.
To enable or disable Focus, visit the General section of your Settings ⚙️, find the Focus option and then click the switch to the right of it.
To delete your Focus, hover your mouse over it, and then click the 'X' that appears to the right. Once it has been deleted you can add a new one.
Autofocus is a feature exclusive to Momentum Plus members that connects your Todo lists to your Focus, so whenever you complete your Focus it is replaced with the next item on your Todo list.
