If you're experiencing an app failing to load, here are some steps you may try. As always, you are also welcome to contact our support team any time.
Refresh the tab
Open a new tab. If the app still won't load, try a hard refresh: cmd+shift+r (Mac) or ctrl+shift+r (Windows).
Check your connection
Most apps need to sync with our servers. If you're offline or your connection dropped, they won't load. Open another site to check.
Restart your browser
Quit your browser app fully (not just close the tab or window), and reopen it.
On Mac, use cmd+q or right-click the icon in the dock and choose Quit. On Windows, close every browser window, or right-click the taskbar icon and choose 'Close all windows'.
Disable other extensions
Ad blockers, privacy tools, and script blockers sometimes break parts of Momentum without breaking the whole thing. Disable them one at a time and reload the tab.

Advanced: include console errors
If you are comfortable with it, including console errors with your message helps us debug faster. Open the console with cmd+option+j (Mac) or ctrl+shift+j (Windows), click the Console tab, and copy any red error messages.
