The Pomodoro Technique explained
The Pomodoro Technique breaks work into 30-minute intervals
- 25 minutes of focus
- 5 minutes of break
This rhythm keeps your brain fresh and helps you make steady progress without fatigue. Momentum makes it easy to follow this structure, and even lets you customize the session lengths to fit your workflow.
