Focus Mode on the Standard plan

If you're using the Standard plan, you get up to 1 hour of Focus time per day. While Focus Mode is active, a 1H FREE/DAY progress bar shows in the upper left of your dashboard so you always know how much time you have left.
If you've already used your hour, you won't be able to start a new Focus session until the next day, or you can upgrade to Momentum Plus for unlimited Focus time.
💡 Tip: Pausing a Focus session still counts toward your daily limit. To save time for later, click Stop instead of Pause during breaks.
❇️ Momentum Plus Exclusive With Momentum Plus, you unlock unlimited Focus time, so you can stay in your zone as long as you need. This is especially helpful if you work or study in longer blocks, use Pomodoro sessions throughout the day, or don't want to worry about hitting a daily limit. Plus also unlocks Top task in center, Countdown, and Advanced Site Blocking to help you fully personalize your focused workflow. Learn more about Momentum Plus ↗
