Skipping and changing Photos, Quotes & Mantras

Skipping a photo

To instantly refresh Momentum with a new photo:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over the location at the bottom left corner of Momentum
2. Click the Skip ⤼ icon that appears

Changing your active photo

To change your active photo:

1. Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Click on any of the photos in your My Photos, Favorites, or History collections

Skipping your active quote

If you're not in the mood for the daily quote that was assigned to you, the Skip ⤼ feature lets you quickly replace it with a new one. 

To skip a quote:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over your active quote at the bottom of Momentum
2. Click the Skip ⤼ icon that appears

Changing the active quote

To change your active quote:

1. Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Select any of your My Quotes, Favorites, or History collections
3. Hover your mouse cursor over the quote you want to set active
4. Click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears next to it

Skipping a mantra

Skipping a mantra instantly replaces it with a new one.

To skip a mantra:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over your active mantra at the center of Momentum
2. Click the ellipsis (...) that appears to the right of it
3. Select the Skip ⤼ option from the drop-down

Permanently skipping a mantra

If you skip a Mantra, there is a chance that it'll be assigned to you again in the future.

To permanently skip a mantra:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over your active mantra at the center of Momentum
2. Click the ellipsis (...) that appears to the right of it
3. Select the Don't show again option from the drop-down

Changing your active mantra

To change your active mantra:

1. Visit the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Select any of your My Mantras, Favorites, or History collections
3. Hover your mouse cursor over the mantra you want to set active
4. Click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears next to it.

You may also want to click the Pin icon if you prefer to see your mantra all day, instead of mixed in with the greetings.
