Adding your own photos
There are a couple of different ways to add your own photos to Momentum, you can drag and drop the image files right onto your Momentum page, or visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️ and click the + Add Photo button.
Adding photos with the drag-and-drop method
To use the drag-and-drop method, simply click, drag, and drop the image file(s) directly onto your Momentum page.
Note: If you're uploading a lot of photos at a time it may take a few minutes for them to be added to your custom photo collection. Once a custom photo's thumbnail displays fully, it has successfully been added.
Adding photos in Momentum's Photo Settings ⚙️
You can also add photos to Momentum by clicking the + Add Photo button in the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️.
- Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️.
- Click the + Add Photo button. This will open your computer's file explorer.
- Select the custom photo(s) on your computer that you'd like to add to Momentum and then click the Open button.
- Click on any of your newly added photos in your My Photos section to set it as your active Momentum photo.
Note: If you're uploading a lot of photos at a time it may take a few minutes for them to be added to your custom photo collection. Once a custom photo's thumbnail displays fully, it has successfully been added.
Changing the Photo feed options
Momentum's Photo feed is selected by default.
To change the Photo feed options:
- Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click Settings at the top right corner of the Photos Settings menu
- Adjust the switches next to Momentum Photos and My Photos.
If you only want to see your custom photos, the switch next to Momentum Photos should be on the left, and the switch next to My Photos should be on the right.
Changing your active photo
To change your active photo:
- Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click on any of the photos that are displayed in your My Photos, Favorites, or History collections to set it as your active photo.
Editing custom photo info
Just like Momentum's photos, your custom photos have Title and Source info, which displays at the bottom left corner of your Momentum page whenever a photo is active.
To update the photo info for a custom photo:
- Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Hover your mouse cursor over a photo in your My Photos collection
- Click the Pencil icon that appears at the top right corner of the photo thumbnail
- Edit the Title and Source info
- Click the Save button.
Deleting a custom photo
To delete a custom photo:
- Visit the Photos section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Hover your mouse cursor over a photo in your My Photos collection
- Click the Pencil icon that appears at the top right corner of the photo thumbnail
- Scroll down the Edit Photo menu
- Click the Delete option at the bottom.
Custom photo recommendations and sources
For best-viewing results, we recommend uploading photos that are at least 2048px wide, with a 4/3 aspect ratio. If your monitor is of higher resolution, you'll want to upload photos that have a higher resolution.

Adding your own quotes
To add your own custom quotes:
- Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click the + Add Quote button
- Type in/paste the Quote along with its Source (if there is one)
- Click the Add button.
To set it as your active quote, click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears when you hover your mouse cursor over your newly added quote.

To change the Quote feed options:
- Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click Settings at the top right corner of the Quotes Settings menu
- Adjust the switches next to Momentum Quotes and My Quotes.
If you only want to see your custom quotes, the switch next to Momentum Quotes should be on the left, and the switch next to My Quotes should be on the right.
Changing your active quote
To change your active quote:
- Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Select either the My Quotes, Favorites, or History collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over a quote that you want to set active
- Click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears to the right of it.
Editing and deleting custom quotes
Mistype a custom quote or grow tired of one? You can edit or delete them in the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️.

To update a custom quote's text our author/source:
- Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Select the My Quotes collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over the quote you want to edit
- Click the Pencil icon that appears to the right of it
- Make your changes
- Click the Save button
Deleting a custom quote
To delete a custom quote:
- Visit the Quotes section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Select the My Quotes collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over the quote you want to delete
- Click the Trash can icon that appears to the right of it.
Adding your own mantras
To add custom mantras:
- Visit the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click the + Add Mantra button
- Type in your new Mantra and then press the enter/return ↵ key on your keyboard.
To set it as your active Mantra, click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears when you hover your mouse cursor over a Mantra.
Changing your active mantra
To change your active mantra:
- Visit the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Select either the My Mantras, Favorites, or History collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over a mantra that you want to set active
- Click the Checkmark ✓ icon that appears to the right of it.
If you want that mantra to display for the entire day click the Pin icon as well.

To change the Mantra feed options:
- Visit the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Click Settings at the top right corner of the Mantras Settings menu
- Adjust the switches next to Momentum Mantras and My Mantras.
If you only want to see custom mantras, the switch next to Momentum Mantras should be on the left, and the switch next to My Mantras should be on the right.
Editing & deleting custom mantras
If you've mistyped a mantra or you're just not feeling one of the mantras that you've added, you can edit or delete them in the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️.

- Select the My Mantras collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over the mantra you want to edit
- Click the Pencil icon that appears to the right of it
- Make your changes and then press the enter/return ↵ key on your keyboard.
Deleting a custom mantra
To delete a custom mantra:
- Visit the Mantras section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
- Select the My Mantras collection
- Hover your mouse cursor over the mantra you want to delete
- Click the Trash can icon that appears to the right of it
- Click the Checkmark ✓ icon to confirm the deletion.
