If you're getting the following message when you attempt to login or create a Momentum account, you've come to the right place.
This message can appear when the network you're using isn't connected to the internet or your computer is missing important security updates.
Check your security coverage
You can see whether or not your operating system is missing important security updates by checking your browser's Console. If "ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" displays in the error log, then your computer is missing those updates.
These missing security updates may also prevent other websites and services from working properly. If you're seeing this error, we recommend updating your operating system to get the latest security updates.
Make sure you're connected to the internet
As mentioned, this error can also occur if you're connected to a network (like a router) that isn't connected to the internet. Double-check that your internet connection is stable, and then try accessing Momentum again.
