If you are unable to log in, you can recover your account on our account site..
In the app
- Go to Settings (bottom left) → Log in (bottom of sidebar).
- Enter your name.
- Enter the email for your Momentum account.
- Click Reset password at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your new password.
- Check your email to verify the change.
On the account site
You can use an email login link or reset your password from the account site.
Login link
- Go to the Recover account on the Account site.
- Enter your Momentum account email and click Send recovery link.
- Check your email and click the login link.
- Note: You may need to check your spam folder.
You will now be logged into the account site.
Note: You can open Momentum from here (if installed) by clicking the "Go to dashboard" button in the menu.
Reset password
- Go to the Recover account on the Account site.
- Click Reset password at the top of the login box.
- Enter your Momentum account email.
- Enter your new password in the two remaining fields and click Set password.
- Check your email to verify the password change.
- Note: You may need to check your spam folder.

Q: Still not able to log in?
A: Check that you are using the right email address for your Momentum account. If an email address is not working, perhaps you used another one.
If you are still having trouble after that, please contact us and we will do our best to help you recover your account.
Q: No longer have access to your account email?
A: Please contact us to attempt manual recovery.
Q: The buttons in the email are not working.
A: Some email clients don't support clicking buttons. Copy and paste the link below the button into your browser address bar.
