After upgrading to Momentum Plus ↗, you will have instant access to all exclusive Plus features. If they're not showing up right away, it's usually because you're logged into a different Momentum account than the one you upgraded with.
💡 Tip: Logging out and back in refreshes your account status and usually resolves this right away.
Log out and log back in
- Go to Settings :settings-2: at the bottom left corner of Momentum
- Select your profile image or name
- Click Log Out. You'll be returned to the screen asking for your name
- Enter your name. You'll then be prompted for your email
- Enter the email and password you used to create your Momentum Plus account. You'll be logged back in automatically
If you're not sure which email you upgraded with, or you've forgotten your password, see Changing your password.

FAQs
:::faq
Q: Why would Plus features not show up right after upgrading?
A: This almost always means you're logged into a different Momentum account than the one you used to upgrade. Logging out and back in with the correct account resolves it in most cases.
Q: How do I know which account I upgraded with?
A: Check the email associated with your Momentum Plus purchase confirmation. If you're unsure, contact our Customer Support team and we can help you locate it.
Q: What if I have more than one Momentum account?
A: Make sure you're logged into the specific account that has the Plus upgrade. Switching accounts won't transfer your Plus access, since it's tied to the account that made the purchase.
