If you've decided to cancel your Momentum Plus membership, we're sorry to see you go. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account settings, and canceling only takes a minute.
💡 Tip: Turning off auto-renew doesn't cut off your access right away. You'll keep your Plus features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Turn off auto-renew
To cancel your Momentum Plus membership:
- Go to your Momentum Subscription page ↗
- Click Turn off auto-renew
- Let us know why you're canceling (optional)
- Confirm your cancellation
Once auto-renew is off, your subscription won't renew after your current billing cycle ends. You'll keep your Plus features until then, and after that you'll continue using all free features of Momentum.
Turning auto-renew back on
If you turned off auto-renew by accident, or decide you'd like to keep Plus after all, you can turn it back on from the same Momentum Subscription page . The button that turned off auto-renew now shows the option to turn it back on. Just click it again to re-enable auto-renew before your billing period ends, and your subscription will continue as normal.
Canceling if you subscribed through Apple
If you subscribed to Momentum Plus through the Apple App Store, cancellation works a little differently. You'll need to cancel through your Apple ID subscriptions instead of your Momentum account.

Refunds
If you're not satisfied with Momentum Plus within 30 days of upgrading or your subscription renewal, we'll issue you a refund upon request. To request a refund, contact us ↗.
❗ If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Momentum can't process your refund directly. Refunds for Apple purchases need to be requested from Apple through their Report a Problem page ↗.

A: Trials don't auto-renew into a paid plan unless you add a payment method, so you won't be charged unless you upgrade manually.
