If you're seeing the following message in your mobile app then you've come to the right place!
This message displays when your Apple ID already has a Momentum Plus subscription but you aren't logged into the Momentum email for it.
To get Momentum Plus working, you'll just need to re-login to your Momentum Plus account.
Momentum mobile re-login flow
- Tap the Settings icon at the bottom left corner of your Momentum tab.
- Tap your name at the top of the menu, and then tap Log Out.
- Follow the login prompts, typing in the email you upgraded to Plus with and the password you chose for your Plus account. After typing both your email and password, make sure to tap Done.
