Lists :text-align-justify: help you separate what matters by context, whether that's work, personal errands, or a specific project, so you always know where to look for what's next. Momentum gives you four built-in lists to get started, and with Momentum Plus you can create your own custom lists to match your workflow exactly.
Built-in lists
Tasks includes four built-in lists:
- Inbox: Your main list for new or uncategorized tasks. Use it as a quick place to capture tasks before organizing them into another list.
- Today: Brings together tasks you've scheduled for today, giving you a focused view of what needs your attention now.
- Upcoming: Shows tasks scheduled within the next 7 days, helping you see what's ahead and plan around upcoming priorities.
- Completed: Keeps your completed tasks together so you can easily look back at what you've accomplished.
💡 Tasks can appear in more than one view: Today, Upcoming, and Completed help you view your tasks based on their date or completion status. Your task can still belong to its original list while also appearing in one of these built-in views.
