If your Momentum data isn't displaying please consider these common solutions:
If only your Todos have gone missing, they might be hiding in a different Todo list. Switch between your Todo lists to see if they're located in a different list.
To switch between your Todo lists, click Todo at the bottom right corner of Momentum to open the Todo menu, click the list name at the top left of the Todo menu, and then select a list from the drop-down.
If your Todos weren't hiding in a different Todo list, please also consider the solutions in the section below.
If you aren't seeing your Todos, Links, Favorites or any other Momentum data, you may not be logged into your original Momentum account, or your Momentum account may not have been set up to sync.
Make sure you're logged into the correct account
In most cases, when a user's data isn't displaying it's because they aren't logged into their Momentum account. Logout and then back into your account to double-check that you're logged into your Momentum account.
Logging out of your Momentum account
To log out of your Momentum account, click the Settings ⚙️ icon at the bottom left corner of Momentum, click your profile image/name and then click Log Out.
Logging in to your Momentum account
To log in to your Momentum account, click the Settings ⚙️ icon at the bottom left corner of Momentum, click Log In, and then when asked, type in and enter the Email and Password that you used to create a Momentum account with.
Check if your account was set to sync your data
A synced Momentum account automatically backs up your Momentum data, so you won't lose it if your computer crashes or your browser's local storage is deleted. Additionally, it allows you to log in on other computers to see your Momentum Data.
Checking Account Sync
- Click the Settings ⚙️icon at the bottom left corner of your Momentum.
- Click your profile image/name at the bottom left corner of the Settings ⚙️menu.
- Click the Account Sync switch that appears. If an Account Sync switch doesn't appear then your account has already been synced.
If your account wasn't previously synced then your Momentum data has likely been deleted. You may be able to recover your Momentum data by restoring your computer to a date before your locally stored Momentum data was erased. If you aren't able to restore your computer, enabling Account Sync now will prevent your data from being lost in the future.
