Balance Mode

Momentum's Balance mode helps you manage your work and personal time, by automatically hiding features that may distract you (Todo, Focus, Notes, etc.) during your downtime. Use Balance mode to provide yourself with a visual reminder of when it's time to rest or focus on other important areas of your life.

Enabling/disabling Balance mode

To enable Balance mode:

1. Visit the Balance section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Click the switch next to Enable Balance mode.

To disable Balance mode, click that switch again.

By default, Balance mode is set to hide your Clock, Focus, Todo and Notes, between 5:01 pm - 8:59 am, Monday - Friday.

Customizing Balance mode

There are two main pieces to Balance mode, your Uptime Schedule and Downtime Options.

• The Uptime Schedule is the period that your Momentum features display as normal (e.g. 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday).
  
  
• The Downtime Options let you choose which Momentum features are hidden at the end of your workday (i.e. during your downtime).

Changing the Uptime Schedule

To change the Uptime Schedule:

1. Visit the Balance section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️
2. Click the options next to Hours of the day and Days of the week.

Anyone can change the Uptime Schedule to Everyday instead of just Weekdays, and between the hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
