If your integration is not working, or is connected to the wrong account, you can reconnect your integration to fix it.
Step 1: Sign out of the integration website
- Go to the integration website
- Click your account name or profile picture
These usually appear in the top right or bottom left - Click the option that will Sign out your account
Step 2: Disconnect the integration
- Open Momentum
- Click Settings (bottom left)
- Click Tasks on the left
- Find Microsoft To Do under Integrations
- Hover over it and click Disconnect
Step 3: Reconnect the integration
- Go to Settings
- Click + Add Integration in the Integrations section
- Pick the integration you'd like click Connect
- Log in to your integration account
- If your particular integration has remaining setup steps, they will appear back in Momentum for you to follow
- Your tasks will now appear in Tasks in the bottom right
