If you open a link/URL outside of your browser (e.g. Slack, Outlook, Mail) and it redirects to your Momentum page instead of opening the expected link/URL, you've come to the right place. This often happens when your browser is not on the latest version. To resolve this, update your browser.

Checking/updating Google Chrome

1. Type/paste and enter "chrome://help/" into your URL/Address bar.
2. Google Chrome will automatically start checking for updates. If you aren't on the latest version, click the Relaunch button.

Checking/updating Firefox

1. Click the Firefox option at the top left corner of Firefox menu and then select About Firefox.
2. Firefox will automatically start checking for updates. If you aren't on the latest version, click the Restart to update Firefox button.
