What is Asana?
Asana is a popular project management tool that helps teams (and individuals) manage and track the projects they're working on. If you haven't heard of Asana before, visit their Product page or take a look at our spot on their App page to find out if it's right fit for you!
How does Momentum's Asana integration work?
Momentum's Asana integration connects your Asana account to Momentum's Todo. Once connected, you can view, add, edit, and complete your Asana tasks within Momentum. The changes you make within Momentum will be reflected on Asana's website and mobile application (and vice versa).
Project Board functionality
Whether you use Asana project Lists or Boards, we've got you covered! Quickly move Board tasks between neighboring columns by clicking and dragging it to either side of the Todo area, or use the Move to... option to move a task to any column.
Switch between your different Asana teams
If you have Asana projects across multiple teams you can easily switch between them in the Todo menu.
See tasks assigned to you
View all of the tasks assigned to you across projects in the My Tasks list or activate the Assigned to me filter in the Todo menu while viewing a project.
Want to do more?
To create a new project, view team conversations, upload files, or make other detailed changes — use the View in Asana shortcut to quickly transport to Asana's native environment.
