What is Trello?
Trello is a popular project management service that uses the kanban paradigm to visualize your workflow. Trello uses virtual boards, cards, and lists to organize your personal and team-based projects. Take the Trello Tour to see if it's the right service for you.
How does Momentum's Trello integration work?
Momentum's Trello integration connects your Trello account to Momentum's Todo. Once connected, you can view, add, edit, and update your Trello tasks within Momentum. The changes you make within Momentum will be reflected on Trello's website and mobile application (and vice versa).
To stay true to the kanban workflow, when you complete a Trello task within Momentum it will move to the next column/list on the right.
Choose which Trello boards are connected
Connect to all of your Trello boards or declutter your workflow and just connect to the boards that you're currently active in. Connecting and disconnecting from your boards is easily done in your Trello configuration settings.
Pro tip: You can quickly switch between your connected Trello boards by using shift + the left and right arrows while your Todo is open.
See tasks assigned to you
Click the Person icon in your Todo menu to switch between viewing all the tasks in a list and the tasks that are only assigned to you.
Want to do more?
If you want to create a new board, view comments, upload a file, or make other detailed changes, you can quickly switch over to Trello's website by clicking the Trello icon at the top left of your Todo menu.
If you want a closer look at a particular card in Trello, hover over it, click the three dots that appear to the right and then click View in Trello.
Additionally, we have plans to add support for more of Trello's features in the future! If there is a particular Trello feature or functionality that you'd like to see added to Momentum's Trello integration let us know.
