FAQs
:::faq
Q: What makes a strong password?
A: A strong password has at least 8 characters and mixes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid common words or personal information.
Q: I didn't receive the password reset email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, request another reset. If you no longer have access to that email address, reach out to support for help.
Q: Can I reuse a previous password?
A: It's technically possible, but we recommend choosing a new password each time you update for the best security.
