Your email is how you sign in to Momentum and stay in the loop with important updates.
Whether you're switching inboxes or just cleaning things up, it’s easy to add, remove, or change your primary email anytime.
Keeping your email current ensures you won’t miss important reminders, invoices, or account notifications and it gives you a backup login if you ever need it.
Add a new email
Adding a second email gives you a backup way to log in, and makes switching to a new inbox smooth and simple.
- Go to your Momentum account and open the Profile tab.
- Click Add email.
- Check your inbox and confirm the new email by clicking the link.

If the button in the email doesn’t work, copy the full URL below it and paste it into your browser's address bar.
Set a new primary email
Once your new email is verified, you can make it your primary email
- In the Profile section, scroll to the Emails list.
- Find the email you want to make primary.
- Click Set as primary.
This switches your login and notification email to the new address.
Remove a secondary email
Cleaning up old or unused emails? You can remove any secondary address once you're done switching over.
- Scroll to the Emails section in your Profile.
- Click Remove next to the email you no longer need.
⚠️ Note: You can’t delete your primary email. If you want to remove it, set a new one as primary first.
Your account’s now up to date!

Q: Will I get updates and account notification emails on my secondary email?
A: No, all account notifications and updates are only sent to your primary email address. Your secondary email is just used for recovery purposes in case you lose access to your account.
