After subscribing to Momentum Plus, you should have instant access to all of the exclusive features. If your Plus features aren't available, logging out and then back in to your Momentum Plus account should provide a solution.
Logging out/in to your Momentum Account
- Open a New Tab.
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
- Click your profile image/name at the bottom left corner of the Settings menu, and then click Log out.
- Click the Settings icon at the bottom left corner of the dashboard again.
- Click Log In at the bottom left corner of the Settings menu. This will redirect you to the login screen(s).
- When asked for your name, type it in the space provided below the question and then press the enter/return (↵) key on your keyboard.Do the same when asked for your Momentum account's email, and password.
Plus features still not available?
If logging out and then back into your Momentum account didn't provide a solution, please consider these solutions to other common account problems.
Subscribed on a different Momentum account
If you have multiple Momentum accounts, we suggest that you try logging in with each of them to see if the Plus features are available on any of them in case you subscribed on the wrong account.
If you discover that you upgraded to Plus with the wrong Momentum account, send us a message and let us know that you'd like to transfer your Plus subscription to a different account.
If you’ve forgotten the password to your Momentum Plus account, here is how you can change/reset it:
- Visit the set password page.
- Enter the email associated with your Momentum account.
- Type in a new password, and then type it in again in the space provided.
- Click the Set Password button.
- Check your email for a password change confirmation email and click the button or link provided in the message.
- Login to your Momentum account with new password.
Miscellaneous subscription error
