Did you login to the wrong Fitbit or Todoist account? Or are you having some general Metric connection issues? Follow these two steps to fully reset your integration connection.
Step 1: Logout of your connected Metrics account
Visit the official website of your connected metric (e.g. Fitbit's website) and then Log Out of your account.
- If you're using a Google or Facebook account as a login, log out of either of those accounts as well.
Step 2: Reconnect your Metric
Visit the Metrics section of Momentum's Settings ⚙️, hover your mouse cursor over the metric you're having problems with, and then click Disconnect.
After disconnecting, click + Add Integration, select the metric you want to reconnect to, and then login/authorize your account to reconnect.
Your Metric integration should work as expected now. If you are still having problems please send us a message at email@example.com.
