Removing/uninstalling Momentum from your computer does not cancel your subscription. You will have to manually cancel your subscription first.
Manually cancelling your subscription
- Visit your account Subscription page.
- Click on the Turn off auto-renew button.
- Please tell us why you are cancelling in the space provided.
- Click on the Cancel Plus button.
The changes you make to your subscription will influence your next scheduled payment.
For example, if you started a yearly subscription on January 1st, 2017 and cancel it on April 1st, 2017 your subscription will remain active until January 1st, 2018. Similarly, if you started a monthly subscription on January 1st, 2017 and cancel it on January 15th, 2017 your subscription will remain active until February 1st, 2017.
