Removing/uninstalling Momentum from your computer does not cancel your membership. To cancel your membership, visit your account's Subscription page and turn off auto-renew.
Canceling your subscription
- Visit your account Subscription page.
- Click on the Turn off auto-renew button.
- Please tell us why you are canceling in the space provided.
- Click on the Cancel Plus button.
The changes you make to your membership will come into effect on your next scheduled payment.
